Message	does anyone know of a website that lists/compares emissions testing laws/regulations by state for the USA? Any of my searches that include the words "emissions" "smog" "laws" tend to only bring up discussions and analysis regarding state-specific codes (most of them for california). "The two seater is being joined in a few weeks by a larger two-plus-two model with a rear seat for munchkins." ~Jim Mateja, Chicago Tribune, in regards to the Z32.
